Your help is needed this summer!
Providence House relies on volunteers and donations to move us toward our mission of breaking the homeless cycle one family at a time. Whether it’s caring for children, assisting in our donation center, or serving a meal, your help makes a positive impact on the lives of homeless families with children who are working hard to become self-sufficient.
We are so grateful for your willingness to serve our PH families. Keep reading to learn more about upcoming volunteer opportunities and choose the event and date that best suits your schedule.
CHILDCARE
If childcare is your thing, schedule to watch Providence House children while their parents attend on-campus meetings and classes. When you care for PH kids, you remove the obstacles of transporting children and/or paying for a sitter. These meetings and classes are crucial in helping our parents learn and grow on their path to independence.

DONATION CENTER HELP
Our community is so generous and keeps us busy accepting and organizing much-needed donations of cleaning supplies, clothing, household goods, and more. Come work alongside staff as folks drop-off donations. The donation center is opened and manned Monday-Friday from 8A-5P and we offer two four-hour sessions on weekdays. Should you need to work fewer hours, contact us and we will customize your volunteer schedule.
