Meet Annette

“I am so thankful for the way my life turned out. And what I’ve discovered about myself in it.” –Annette P.

Annette P.

Annette’s journey includes being an only child, facing homelessness, being abused, and hearing she was “mental.”

Her journey also includes raising five children whom she fondly refers to as her star seeds, finding long-lost family members, and learning self-love. It took Annette 35 years to find and meet her father, six siblings, and 103-year-old grandmother. Such an excellent example of her determination!

Today, she faces the admirations, joys, hassles, struggles, and accomplishments of succeeding. She currently works as a driver for SportTran and a package handler for UPS.

Providence House is also part of Annette’s story. She recently stopped by to visit, to share with us, and to say thanks.

“Providence House assisted me at a time when I needed someone the most; I needed guidance and Providence House helped me.”

We are so proud of Annette and honored to be part of her life’s story.
