Our Breaking the Cycle of Homelessness Program, which focuses on long-term needs of homeless families, has been remarkably effective in reducing family homelessness - both in helping homeless families move from shelters to permanent housing and in ensuring that these families remain housed.

Our Program helps homeless families with children off the street and into permanent housing, while teaching them the skills and providing them with the resources they need to become self-sufficient.
